God is my science

God is within the laughter of friends & in the eyes of a foe, the waters that kill yet keep boats afloat. His energy- scientists still don't understand, the vastness of the universe or how far it spans, yet thousands of years ago it was revealed to & wrote by Abraham. Heaven & Hell? Our abuse of free will is to blame. For even the devil will kneel, hanging his head in shame. Abuse, hate, being unjustly & prejudice aren't simple mistakes & God isn't to blame for the ignorant choices we make. There is a balance some say, but this debt cannot be waived with paper or just plain faith. We have all descended from the same source, in these vessels of flesh our souls travel the earth; but an inner drive tells us that there is more to this world than dying an old age and birth. Such a simple mentality or way of though that Heaven in you, heaven in me- equates to peace for  all... for eternity. ~Amber

Why we give flowers

Ever wonder why we take flowers to sick people, to graves, to celebrations, to uplift or surprise? Because within you and I, we know that through nature God provides life, it's without prejudice, it heals & yields unconditionally. Take time to notice the breeze, acknowledge the moons distance- yet it affects the ocean tides. Feel the warmth of the sun (consider how it gives you vitamin D), hear the birds (consider their intelligence) or sit in silence (listen to your soul) Reconnect & Thank God. Those flowers we give are a symbol of our inner knowledge & silent appreciation of the nature. ~Amber

Understanding

Understand the extent of a persons circumstances before making assumptions.

Each Instrument is a part of a whole.

Religious wars, hate & prejudice are like that of an orchestra capable of such beautiful sounds, but instead they bash each others instruments, tear up musical notes & the conductor....sadly his masterpiece goes unheard. Respectively, all Spiritual beliefs are each a different instrument created by God in its time. Many melodies, one conductor, each containing its own beauty. Imagine if they all played together, in sync & with appreciation for one another? Knowing that each instrument is a part of whole. ~Starr De Luna

Listen

Hear the cries of wolves, rather than the laughter of man.

You know you're a super mommy when

You know you're a super mommy;
When you teach them to look within and seek real love.
When you pick your kids up from school early 'just because'.
When you get excited over a new home appliance just knowing what it does.
When you think love & cooking are in some way connected.
When you give your husband the cold shoulder for forgetting to read them a book, saying that TIME was neglected.
When you can say "I'm sorry" if your temper ever flared.
When you go without eating so they can have seconds because that's how much you care.
When you can say no, even if they fuss, teaching them longevity, how not to run from problems or be hurt when people cuss.
When parenting IS your outlet.
When they are sound asleep, you still give them a kiss & pray that all their dreams be sweet.
When you actually listen to them, instead of turning on tv. You even pray for other mommys who are lost or have it hard on a thousand other streets.
When you spend more time looking at food labels than caring for your own wants & personal needs.
When your biggest secret is that once you cried yourself to sleep, hoping your love & hardwork is good enough, as you rested your achey feet; and when drifting off on those hopes & dreams, you ask God for all the tools you'll need, thanking him... because he knows they are most beautiful things you've ever seen. ~Amber De Luna

Forgiveness & the Subconscious - Self Cultivation

The chain & ball of being unforgiving can leave One tormented with the desire of wanting the world to know who your afflicter once was in the past. There are things we all personally wish we'd never spoken, thought or done NOR heard them said, spoken or had done to us. All this can be rested with self honesty & the prioritizing of the soul over pride. Through silence we hear God & answers withoutwords shatter all doubt, easing years of pain, opening the mind to a broader perspective. I still get impatient with myself at times as I journey through inner cultivation. I hope to age & be at peace, not live with a hunger to have done things differently or cry over unspoken words I should have offered to someone, at some time, some where. Through my experiences I have come to know part of my purpose in this world. Therefore my intention today is simply to share my philosophy of seeing every aspect of life and every person you encounter as an opportunity to learn, love and having purpose, in conjunction with corrective thinking (alternative psychology- if your into science & spiritual self- if your into spirituality) however you want to see it, personally I like the combination of both ;)

Some people choose to live burdened by rejecting a lesson of inner growth, the soul yearns, and the imbalance settles into the subconscious, dwelling as an invisible weight that hinders fulfillment and true happiness. The person might also take that pain and project it onto others in various forms, having a ripple effect. Instead if you take a look at who a person may be today and or how you've strengthened, you then MERIT a step of inner growth. There are times that the pain we have inflicted or suffered from, seemingly cant be eased with an “Im sorry”, kind or uplifting words. This is why the strengthening of your inner self is so important. A smile within a hardship isnt always found, support from a person doesn’t always ease the hurt. You cant always pray a problem away, because in what seems to be abandonment is the forcing of a stronger you. At times it feels impossible to accept your afflicter, after your wing has mended. Most importantly lashing out at others only passes on the pain. However if you cultivate yourself to perceived these issues with your humble/spiritual self - rather than your prideful/religious/social or egotistic self, you'll come know your so called enemies, set backs and mishaps as a ladder that has lead you to a mountain top of strength in which you are alive and standing on today. The way I see it, each of us are a fragment of a whole, in which Heaven & Earth embrace in immeasurable love. Nobody should live in sorrow or guilt on account of someone else being unforgiving, cruel or closed minded. Nor should a person grow old with a bag of grudges to linger on after his or her own passing.

I encourage people to take the time to practice reaching an emptiness. A silenced state of mind, also known as meditation (a form of prayer), bringing the subconscious to a 'corrective thinking' state, opening the mind/soul to be filled with answers, purpose, contentment and happiness. This way of thought transcends religions, tradition, prejudice, pain and pride. It is your humbled/spiritual self emerging. True therapy, an inner peace- untouchable by the past, current society, people or future hardships. Strengthening your individual and personal journey to or with God, your family unity and the world around you. ~Amber

Be the Voice

I drew 'Be the Voice' in 2009 for children like Caylee Marie Anthony. Sadly she isn't the only one, there are hundreds of thousands sold into sex slavery, killed, verbally/physically abused, starving, medicated up and misled- daily. People who engage in and get away with these things are not the only problem. Its also people who DO NOTHING about it as well. Im sure every tear is counted. The sad thing is that many people who commit the crime(s) were once lonely and or abused children without a voice, confused and hurt as well! Although I say "One  MUST know right from wrong, there are no excuses", the damage and rewiring of the brain associated with abuse is un-measurable and everyone has NOT the strength to over come. A sad chain, a viscous cycle...BE THE VOICE.

Tides of Time Within

Let not the tides of time disconnect you from the splendors & beauty that the Infinite One has created for your comfort & guidance throughout life. God's omnipresence can be heard in the chirps of birds, observed in turtles as they travel with the perfect pace- Seen in the smile of a child's face, as their eyes sparkle and their innocent imaginations race- God is felt within the gentle breezes, the tiny trinkling creeks & even seen on busy city streets. In the majestic rhythm set by the moon, God is there, on the sea shores that sing a continuousness tune. He IS there- in the eyes of a foe and in the presence of friends where laughter unfolds and memories begin. There is no stop sign in space, God is the beginning and end. This place might be like heaven, if only our love vanished all sin. Instinct & senses God implemented within us all, we have dulled with nonsense & fail to appreciate or stand in awe. Inside you is where its starts, that is where your perception reflects that of your heart. ~Amber De Luna
